I aim to provide each client with a personalised approach to their therapy, as each person's experience of life is unique so I believe that it's important to tailor sessions to suit their individual requirements. I am qualified with a B.A. Hons. degree in counselling and psychotherapy.

A Bit About Counselling and Psychotherapy
My therapy sessions are designed to create a space where people can safely express their thoughts and feelings without judgement. I work with each client on an individual basis to provide effective tools to help deal with a variety of personal issues. Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, people can develop life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s obstacles.
Services I Offer
I currently offer face to face sessions in Dublin 12 or online video sessions.
I work with a few different methods of therapy, depending on the needs of the individual. Whether you just want someone to talk to or you'd prefer to learn how to make more positive choices in your life, we will work together to find the approach that best works for you.
I work with individuals over the age of 18 years old with issues including (but not limited to): Addiction, Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement, Boundaries, Coping Skills, Depression, Identity, Loss, Personal Development, Relationships, Self-care, Self-harm, Self-esteem, Sexuality, Suicidal Ideation, Stress, Trauma.
